All DiabFix orders ship from the USA. Delivery times below are estimates from the day your order is shipped, not the day it's placed.

Tracking FAQs

When will I receive my tracking number?

You'll receive your tracking number by email within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Once we ship, the tracking link in your email will show live updates from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your region).

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Should I be worried?

It's normal for tracking to pause for 2–3 days while your order moves between carrier facilities or crosses international borders. If there's no update for more than 5 business days, email us at support@diabfix.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email support@diabfix.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and new address. Once an order has shipped, address changes need to be made directly with the carrier.

What if my order is marked delivered but I didn't receive it?

First, check with neighbors and any household members — packages are sometimes left in unexpected places or accepted by someone else. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, contact us at support@diabfix.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or replace your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we currently ship to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European countries. All orders ship from our USA facility. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which vary by country.

What happens if my package is damaged in transit?

If your bottle arrives damaged or with a broken seal, do not use the product. Take a photo of the damage and email support@diabfix.com immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Is there a way to expedite shipping?

Currently, all DiabFix orders ship via standard delivery with 5–8 business day timelines worldwide. We're working on expedited options for 2026 — until then, our standard shipping is fully tracked and reliable.
