Refund policy
At DiabFix, every bottle is backed by our 60-day money-back promise. If you take DiabFix daily as part of your routine and don't feel the difference within 60 days of your purchase, we'll refund your order in full — no questions, no awkward forms.
This policy is written to be simple and fair. Please read it before requesting a return.
THE 60-DAY PROMISE
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. We accept returns of opened, partially used, or unopened bottles. We designed DiabFix to be taken daily and we want you to give it a real chance — so an empty or half-empty bottle is no barrier to a refund.
To start a return, please email us at support@diabfix.com with your order number and a brief note. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your bottles back. In some cases we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be processed, so please contact us first.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, shows signs of tampering, or if you've received the wrong product. Email us at support@diabfix.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will replace or refund the order at no cost to you.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following: orders requested more than 60 days after delivery, sale items or items purchased with a discount code marked as final sale, gift cards, and free promotional items received with a paid order.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive what you actually want is to request a refund for your original order, and once the refund is confirmed, place a new order for the product you'd prefer. We don't currently process direct exchanges.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If the order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This right applies in addition to our 60-day promise above and follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, email us at support@diabfix.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The product should be returned in the condition you received it where reasonably possible.
UNITED KINGDOM — CONSUMER RIGHTS
Customers in the United Kingdom are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery, and your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND — STATUTORY RIGHTS
Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This policy does not limit those rights.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and reviewed your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund on your statement, please contact us at support@diabfix.com.
