Shipping policy

At DiabFix, we want every order to reach you with the same care it was packed with. Here is exactly how shipping works, what it costs, and when you can expect your bottles to arrive.


ORDER PROCESSING

Every order is processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your bottles all the way to your door.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We appreciate your patience during these times.


DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are delivered within approximately 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, regardless of where you live.

Please allow an additional 2 to 4 days as a buffer in case of unforeseen carrier or customs delays — especially during holiday seasons. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. On rare occasions, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays may extend delivery by a few days. We thank you for your understanding when this happens.


SHIPPING RATES BY REGION

We ship from our United States facility to customers around the world. Our shipping rates are designed to be simple, fair, and free wherever possible.

United States — Free shipping on every order. No minimum required.

Australia and New Zealand — Free shipping on orders of $70 USD or more. A flat rate of $20 USD applies to orders under $70.

Canada — Free shipping on orders of $70 USD or more. A flat rate of $17 USD applies to orders under $70.

Europe and the United Kingdom — Free shipping on orders of $70 USD or more. A flat rate of $18 USD applies to orders under $70. Countries served include Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and more.

Because our 3-bottle bundle ($177) and 6-bottle bundle ($294) are both priced above the $70 threshold, these orders ship free to every country we serve. Shipping fees only apply to single-bottle orders sent outside the United States.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or VAT at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer, not DiabFix Wellness.

If you would like an estimate of likely charges before placing your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at support@diabfix.com and we will look into it immediately.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped, though additional shipping charges may apply.


UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to our facility because it was refused, unclaimed, or marked undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange either a redelivery or a refund for the product portion of your order. Please note that original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable in these cases.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you first check with your household, neighbours, and local post office. If your package remains missing after 48 hours, please email us at support@diabfix.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Occasionally, larger orders may ship in more than one package to reach you faster. If this applies to your order, you will receive separate tracking numbers by email.
