At DiabFix, we want every purchase to feel simple, flexible, and entirely under your control. This policy explains how our subscription option works, and how to change or cancel it at any time.
ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some DiabFix products are available as a Subscribe and Save option at checkout. When you choose to subscribe, you receive repeat deliveries on a schedule that suits you, and you save 15 percent on every order compared to a one-time purchase.
Your payment details are stored securely with our payment provider, and your card is charged automatically each time a new order ships. We never store your full payment information on our own servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency you selected at checkout. There are no minimum commitments, no contracts, and no fees for changing or cancelling. You stay in full control.
HOW TO MANAGE OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. There are two simple ways to do this:
The fastest way is through your account. Every order confirmation email contains a direct link to manage your subscription. From there you can pause your next delivery, change the delivery frequency, skip a shipment, update your shipping address, or cancel altogether.
If you would prefer a hand, you can also email us at support@diabfix.com and we will take care of it for you within 1 to 2 business days. Please include your order number so we can locate your subscription quickly.
WHEN YOU CANCEL
If you cancel before your next scheduled charge, you will not be billed again and no further deliveries will be sent.
If a payment has already been processed and your next order has shipped, that order will be fulfilled and is covered by our 60-day money-back promise. To request a refund on an already-shipped order, please refer to our Refund Policy or email support@diabfix.com.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a scheduled subscription payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), we will pause your subscription and email you so you can update your payment details. We will not charge you again or ship your next order until your payment information is updated.
CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
We may occasionally update subscription pricing, frequency options, or available products. If a change affects your current subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, giving you the opportunity to make adjustments or cancel without any charge.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
